The location was unbeatable, not far from Williamsburg, Yorktown and Jamestown and several restaurants, grocery stores and other retail establishments. The room I got was wonderful and well decorated with a king bed and nice breakfast and the AC.

I loved the location, it was good and absolutely perfect in the heart of town. Also, Grafton Christian Church was 3 miles away. The room was large with a king bed, I stayed here for 1 night.

This place is in a great location, close to restaurants, a golf course, and attractions like Williamsburg, Yorktown. 🏌️‍♂️ Plus, they serve delicious breakfast options to start your day off right!

The room here was so nice - everything looked fresh and spacious. I really enjoyed it. The bathroom was spotless and the bed was super cozy. The staff were all really friendly and ready to help. The location of this place was great, right in the middle of everything 🌟.

The hotel/room had a bad odor. When I arrived, my sheets had a large dry spot, so I called to request the sheets be changed. The girl brought the sheets up and handed them to me (I had to change the sheets myself) and said housekeeping would get the old sheets when they arrived in the morning. The next day we left the room early, returned to an untouched room and I had to request that someone come up and get the old towels and bring new ones. The electrical socket did not work in the bathroom. Last, but not least, the gentleman who was refilling the food at the breakfast buffet counter is apparently the cook/handyman because he was wearing a tool-belt and filthy pants. He may have washed his hands before handling the food, but it wasn't a good look.

Very well located and very attentive staff.

The bathroom wasn't very clean and the air conditioning didn't work very well, it made a lot of noise.

The front desk guy was friendly and gave great recommendations on things to do in town. The whirlpool tub was amazing and the room was perfect for what I needed. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff, especially Jenny at the front desk, was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make me feel at home.

Couldn't fault anything.

Room was very nice with 2 queen beds, price was good. Enjoyed good breakfast with good variety including scrambled eggs & bacon.

The only negative was a 20 minute wait to get into the door during check-in. No-one answered the phone or the knocking on the door.
